THE EFFECT OF KINESIOTAPE IN THE LOWER LIMB AREA ON IMPROVING LOCOMOTION IN PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC STROKE

The aim of the study was to investigate effect Kinesiotape in lower limb area on improving locomotion patients with ischemic stroke. Materials and Methods: conducted period 2014-2015 at General Hospital for Active Treatment Blagoevgrad. Forty were studied, divided into two groups 20 - experimental (EG) control group (KG). In addition, we have applied а standard kinesitherapy program studied groups, group, 3 kinesiotape tapes a specific application "I" shape specialized method field foot m. gluteus maximuswere placed. results compared from processed descriptive statistics, as well non-parametric tests prove statistically significant differences. Results: After research analysis, obtained faster recovery slowing locomotor movements (Wilcoxon, ANOVA).
